I’m Dr. MaKesha Harris Lee, your sacred rest coach, retreat architect, and sound healer. After nearly two decades in higher education leadership, I shifted my life’s work to creating spaces where Black women and every woman carrying too much can finally set it all down.
I believe rest is not a luxury or a reward. It’s a God-given requirement. I help women untangle from grind culture, reconnect with God’s rhythm of peace, and design lives where wellness and joy are non-negotiable.
I’ve lived the burnout and worn the mask of “doing well” while quietly breaking. Choosing rest set me free and now I walk beside women ready to do the same. Through faith-rooted reflection and science-backed practices like journaling, breathwork, and sound healing, I don’t just aim for quick relief. I help you build a sustainable rest rhythm that restores you long after our time together.
